This clip is from the movie One Hour Photo. Robin Williams works at a supermarket and runs into Jake, a kid wanting to buy a toy. This scene (and most of the supermarket scenes) is very well lit. I believe this is because Williams often feels happy when he's at the supermarket and sees Jake and his mom. For the viewer, the brightness also gives a feeling of comfort and happiness. The joyful feeling resonates throughout the whole clip because the director makes the entire scene very bright.
