This is a scene from the movie "The Fighter". In this scene, Dicky, who has a history of drug abuse among other issues is in prison after being arrested for possession of narcotics. Previously, filmmakers had come to his home, which was a crack house, and made a documentary on the struggles of a drug ridden life. Dicky then had to sit and watch this documentary in prison with hundreds of other convicts. He can't bare to watch so he unplugs it and says, "that's my life".
